Recipe makeover

Just because you're trying to eat healthier, doesn't mean you have to miss out on your favourite foods. Submit the recipe of your choice to Lila and she will make it healthier by lowering the fat content, lowering the GI, decreasing the fat content and/or increasing the fibre content of the dish without damaging the final product.
