Oil substitute Greek Yoghurt (Plain) Best with: Cakes, cookies and bread How to: Making recipes super moist and cutting out a lot of fat is not a bad idea at all. Cut the total amount of oil by half and add yoghurt. Eg. If the recipe calls for 2 cups of oil replace it with 1 cup oil and ¾ cup yoghurt.
